- Mix vegetable finely chopped 1 cup
- Cooked rice 1 cup
- Boiled beans 1 cup
- Shredded cheese 1 cup
- Ceaser sauce 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 2 tsbp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Green capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
- Boiled corn 1/4 cup
- Chopped cocumber 1/4 cup
- Roti or Wrap big size 2
- salt to taste
Method
- Heat 1 tbsp oil and add vegetables. Saute well. Add salt and pepper. Lightly saute for 2-3 minutes and place in a bowl.
- Brush roti/wrap with oil/butter.
- Place rice on side, away from edge. Put beans over the rice then put cooked vegetables and add cucumber, onion, corn.
- Spread sauce and kethcup.
- Sprinkle cheese liberally.
- Wrap the roll and grill the burrito in grill.
- Veg. buritto is ready.
- Serve immediately.
