VEG BURRITO

Ingredients
                                                                                                                                  for 2 persons
  • Mix vegetable finely chopped 1 cup
  • Cooked rice 1 cup
  • Boiled beans 1 cup
  • Shredded cheese 1 cup
  • Ceaser sauce 2 tbsp
  • Tomato ketchup 2 tsbp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Onion chopped 1
  • Green capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
  • Boiled corn 1/4 cup
  • Chopped cocumber 1/4 cup
  • Roti or Wrap big size 2
  • salt to taste
Method
  • Heat 1 tbsp oil and add vegetables. Saute well. Add salt and pepper. Lightly saute for 2-3 minutes and place in a bowl.
  • Brush roti/wrap with oil/butter.
  • Place rice on side, away from edge. Put beans over the rice then put cooked vegetables and add cucumber, onion, corn.
  • Spread sauce and kethcup.
  • Sprinkle cheese liberally.
  • Wrap the roll and grill the burrito in grill.
  • Veg. buritto is ready.
  • Serve immediately.
