- Bread slices cut in round
- Eggs 2
- Cucumber 4-5 slices
- Boiled vegetables finely chopped as required
- Banana peppers as required
- Bell peppers finely chopped 1 tbsp
- chopped green chilly 1
- onion finely cut one tbsp
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbsp
- Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Shredded cabbage or lettuce 1/2 cup
- Chicken salami slice (optional)
- Cheese slice 1-2
- Chopped coriander 1 tbsp
Method
- Break eggs in bowl. Add pepper, salt, chopped onion, vegetables, bell peppers, chilli and chopped coriander. and whisk the mixture lightly.
- In a small pan heat oil and add egg mixture on slow gas and cover and let it cook.
- Toast bread slightly on both sides.
- Check the eggs and flip. Let cook on other side.
- Lightly cook salami slice. Place cheese over it and transfer to bread slice.
- If you are not using salami, place cheese slice on bread.
- Put shredded cabbage and cucumber.
- Cut the omelette with round shape bread cutter and place on burger.
- Spread mayonnaise and kethup.
- Lastly place banana peppers and cover with bread slice.
- Bread omelette burger is ready.
