- Boiled potatoes 3-4
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Coriander powder 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Onion chopped 1/2 cup
- Kasoori Methi 1 tsp
- Carom seeds 1 tsp
- Dry mint leaves 1 tsp
- pomegranate seeds powder 1 tsp
- Tamarind sauce 1 tbsp
- Coriander leaves 1 tsp
- Bread slices (sides cut off) 6
Method
- Mash potatoes well. Add spices and chopped onion and mix well.
- Place 2 slices bread with edge of one over the other and roll flat and thin.
- Sprinkle water liberally on bread slices.
- Place potato mixture over the flattened bread.
- Press the mix thinly over bread.
- Make bread roll and cut roll into 4 or 5 spirals
- Fry in medium hot oil on medium heat on both sides.
- Spiral bread roll are ready. Serve them with ketchup or green chutney.
