4 TYPES OF FRIED POTATOES

Ingredients

  • Potatoes peeled and washed 4-5 and cut them in 8 pieces.
  1. Arabic Style
  • Parsley/coriander 1 tbsp
  • Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
Method
  • Fry potatoes in hot oil on medium heat till golden brown. 
(This is the base for all types of Aloo Chaat we will be making)
Take fried potatoes in a bowl and add all dry spices.
  • Mix well. Take out in plate and spread mayonnaise on top.
  • Arabic style potatoes are ready.
2. American Style.

Ingredients
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Mozerella chesse grated 1 tbsp
Method

  • Mix fried potatoes with dry spices.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese on top of hot potatoes and serve.
  • American style cheese potatoes are ready.
Ingredients

3. Indian style
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Whisked yogur 2 tbsp
  • Dry mint leaves 1 tsp
  • Tamrind sauce 1 tbsp
  • Chopped coriander for garnishing.
Method
  • Mix all dry spices in fried potatoes.
  • Place in plate and spread yogurt and tamarind sauce.
  • Indian style Aloo Chaat is ready.
4. Chinese style.

Ingredients.
  • Soya sauce 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup 1tbsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Finely chopped bell pepper 1 tbsp.
Method
  • Mix all ingredients in bowl and then add potatoes. Mix well.
  • Chinese style potatoes are ready.
