Ingredients
- Potato 4-5
- Mix vegetables 1- 1½cup (Beans, peas, broccoli, carrots, corn, mushroom etc)
- Chilli powder 1 spoon
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp
- Fennel powder 1 tbsp
- Dry fenugreek leaves 1 tbsp
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder 1 tsp
- Garam masala 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Clove powder 1/4 tsp
- Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
- Ginger powder 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder 1 tbsp
- Chickpeas flour 1 tbsp
- Oil as needed
Method:
Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
Chop the mix vegetables in small pieces. Boil with little salt added to water. Drain and keep aside.
Heat oil in pan. Mix all dry spices and boiled vegetables. Saute well.
Add to the mashed potatoes.
Again heat some oil in same pan and saute chickpeas flour. Add to the potatoes mix.
Mix all ingredients well.
Shape into balls. Then shape into kebabs on to skewers as shown in the video.
Heat oil in grill pan or griddle and place kebabs on it
Cook evenly from all sides.
If you want, you can make round shape as well as shown in the video.
Serve hot with chutney or your favorite condiment.
Kebabs can be wrapped in roti / wraps with your choice of chutney and made into kebabs rolls.
