- Chicken breasts boneless 1
- Tomato puree 1 tbsp
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 1tbsp
Method
- Place chicken breast in a plastic bag and pound it to make it flat and spreaded.
- Now marinate chicken with lemon, salt and pepper.
- Place chicken flat and spread with tomato puree, ginger garlic and coriander. Roll it tightly.
- Cut into slices and place on skewers. Cook the kebabs on both sides on medium heat in very less oil.
- Spiral kebabs are ready. Serve hot with salad.
