MAGGI BOMB

INGREDIENTS
                                                                                                                          for 3-4 persons    
  • Maggi 1 packet
  • Corn Starch 1/4 cup
  • 1 dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • Ketchup 1 tbsp
  • Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
  • Finely chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Spring onion/spring onion 1 cup
  • Add water to 1 tbsp cornstarch
METHOD
  • Break Maggi into small pieces and boil water in pan. Add maggi (without masala) and cook well and cook completely.
  • Add Maggi masala and corn starch. Mix all ingredients. Make small balls (bombs)
  • Fry these bombs in hot oil
  • Heat very less oil in pan and saute chopped ginger garlic for few seconds and add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 1 1/2 cup water and add chilli flakes, black pepper, sauces and salt to taste. Boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes
  • Add cornstarch solution gravy will thicken immediately.
  • Add maggi bombs. Coat well with this thick sauce.
  • Maggi Bomb is ready.
  • Serve as snack or serve as gravy with rice.
