for 3-4 persons
- Maggi 1 packet
- Corn Starch 1/4 cup
- 1 dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Ketchup 1 tbsp
- Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
- Finely chopped ginger garlic 1 tbsp
- Chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Black pepper 1 tsp
- Spring onion/spring onion 1 cup
- Add water to 1 tbsp cornstarch
METHOD
- Break Maggi into small pieces and boil water in pan. Add maggi (without masala) and cook well and cook completely.
- Add Maggi masala and corn starch. Mix all ingredients. Make small balls (bombs)
- Fry these bombs in hot oil
- Heat very less oil in pan and saute chopped ginger garlic for few seconds and add chopped onion and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Add 1 1/2 cup water and add chilli flakes, black pepper, sauces and salt to taste. Boil the mixture for 2-3 minutes
- Add cornstarch solution gravy will thicken immediately.
- Add maggi bombs. Coat well with this thick sauce.
- Maggi Bomb is ready.
- Serve as snack or serve as gravy with rice.
