Ingredients
- Sweet long red/green peppers 8-10.
- Red chilli 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder 1 tsp
- Crushed fenugreek 1 tsp
- Mustard 1/2 tsp
- Fennel seeds 1 tsp
- Onion seeds 1/2 tsp
- Chaat Masala 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste.
- Hung curd 1/2 cup
- Oil as required
Method
- Mix all powdered masala in a bowl.
- Add hung curd and mix well.
- Slit peppers length wise on one side.
- Fill peppers with spice mix.
- Heat oil in pan and saute peppers well. Add any leftover spice also.
- Don't overcook. Let peppers have some crispness.
- Achari Mirch Tandoori is ready.
