POTATO DONUT

Ingredients                                                                                     for 3-4 persons
  • Boil potatoes 3-4
  • Rice flakes washed thoroughly and drain well 1 cup
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • Garlic powder 1 tsp
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Bread crumbs for coating as required
  • Fresh coriander
  • salt to taste
Method
  • Mash potatoes and add all ingredients except cornflour.
  • Make donuts shape (watch video)
  • Mix corn flour with  little water and
    coat the donuts with help of brush.
  • Coat bread crumbs on donuts and keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
  • Heat oil for frying and fry the donuts well till crispy on both sides on medium heat.
  • Crispy Potato Donuts are ready. 
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
