- Boil potatoes 3-4
- Rice flakes washed thoroughly and drain well 1 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Garlic powder 1 tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Bread crumbs for coating as required
- Fresh coriander
- salt to taste
Method
- Mash potatoes and add all ingredients except cornflour.
- Make donuts shape (watch video)
- Mix corn flour with little water and
coat the donuts with help of brush. - Coat bread crumbs on donuts and keep in fridge for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil for frying and fry the donuts well till crispy on both sides on medium heat.
- Crispy Potato Donuts are ready.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
