for 2-3 persons
- Chicken Mince 200 gms
- Garam Masala 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp
- Corriander Powder 1 tsp
- Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
- Boiled Eggs chopped 2
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Tomato chopped 1
- Green chilli chopped 1-2
- Cumin 1 tsp
Method
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed. when it changes color then add chopped onion. When onion turns soft, add ginger garlic and salt to taste.
- When onion turns light brown then add chopped tomatoes.
- Add dry spices and chopped chillies.
- When oil separates then add chicken mince and stir continously till keema is cooked 1(2-15 minutes).
- Add chopped eggs and coriander.
- Mash the mixture with masher for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Chicken takatak is ready.
- Serve hot with naan, roti or paratha with green chutney.
