CHICKEN TAKATAK

Ingredients
                                                                                                                         for 2-3 persons
  • Chicken Mince 200 gms
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Corriander Powder 1 tsp
  • Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic finely chopped 1 tbsp
  • Boiled Eggs chopped 2
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Tomato chopped 1
  • Green chilli chopped 1-2
  • Cumin 1 tsp
Method
  • Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seed. when it changes color then add chopped onion. When onion turns soft, add ginger garlic and salt to taste.
  • When onion turns light brown then add chopped tomatoes.
  • Add dry spices and chopped chillies.
  • When oil separates then add chicken mince and stir continously till keema is cooked 1(2-15 minutes).
  • Add chopped eggs and coriander.
  • Mash the mixture with masher for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Chicken takatak is ready.
  • Serve hot with naan, roti or paratha with green chutney.
